What happens when you delete your account
- Deleted data: Your personal profile, farmer/client lists, livestock records, and farm visit history will be permanently removed from our servers.
- Kept data: We retain certain financial transaction records for 5 years to comply with legal and accounting regulations.
- Processing time: Deletion requests are processed within 7 days.
Delete from the app
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Tap the three dots at the top right corner and select Delete Account.
- Review the confirmation screen carefully.
- If you are sure, tap Yes, delete my account and enter your password to complete the process.

Email us from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request:
